About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, proactive, and talented Social Media Manager to build and engage our online communities on our social channels. You will be working very closely with our creative content team and will be part of a larger purpose to share game-changing campaigns with the world. We are looking for a Social Media Manager that has a sharp and creative mind, will help us level-up our SM game, and has the people skills to work in a fast and ever-changing environment. Good salary and working remotely an option. 

To give you some context: We are active on Facebook (multiple pages and groups), Instagram (multiple accounts), YouTube (multiple accounts). Our Pinterest and Twitter need some attention. :) The Social Media Manager will join our Creative Content Marketing team.


  • Strategy: Know what works best on different platforms and apply this knowledge to build our platform- and content strategies.

  • Creation: You will work with our creative production team to ensure social content is of the highest quality. Having a “good eye” is vital.

  • Growth: Constant learning and implementation of Social Media innovations.

  • Tracking and Analytics: Work with Google Analytics and FB Insights to provide clear data that helps us improve our content and social media activity on a day-to-day basis.

  • Paid Advertising: Work closely with our advertising team to ensure maximum reach and efficient use of advertising budget (FB ad experience is a bonus).


  • 2+ years experience in social media (Crazy talented? Apply with less experience! If you’re just finishing study, that’s fine too, apply anyway!)

  • Purpose driven and passionate about distributing game-changing messages across social platforms.

  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.

  • Enjoy personal growth and self-development.

  • High level of autonomy, self-motivation and self-organisation.

  • Project management. We always have various projects going on and work with multiple teams.

  • Excellent design or copywriting skills, so that our Facebook posts are sure to be noticed.
